Should I introduce my parents to my boyfriend now?

My boyfriend is from Germany and currently works in the U.S. but is planning to go back to Germany eventually. We are exclusive (we have been for months). I really love him, he's very handsome, passionate, very attentive, and he has been talking a lot about me coming to live with him in Germany once I finish college. Is it appropriate to invite him to meet my family and what's the best way to arrange their first meeting?
