Could I run away from everything?

You could, but I wouldn't suggest it. Do something locally instead. Going on the road is expensive, lonely and dangerous. Try dressing up as a bum, a runner, or a can collector. Have someone take your photo while you do these things when you are near someone you know. Then later, show the photos to the ones you were near and reveal that it was you for a good laugh.
