Even if you are not an ethical subjectivist, is there really such thing as a rationally omnipresent law?

There can not be anything like universal rationality, though some people aspire for it. Differences both in time and space and subjectivity stultifies the possibility of objectively universal rational principles. What is 'rational' to one at a given place may not be the same to another at a different place.
