Should I Change My Major from Information Technology?

I have until recently been thinking about getting a B.A.S. or a B.S. in Information Technology. I have been researching the types of jobs, but they all seem to require experience. I am thinking of changing my major to one that will allow me to be more easily able to attain a job. Any suggestions?
