Testicle disappearance please help?

hi im 13 and this is really embarrassing even to write when i was using the bathroom i felt like one of my testicles disappeared and it did and it came back like a few minutes later can someone tell me how this can happen and why? and is there anything i should be concerned about? should i go to a doctor to check it out?
