Why isn't US doing more to help Mexico get rid of the cartels?

You are insane. We're GIVING them the guns they're shooting us with. We've also amped up the drug war that's the reason for the violence. I see no reason to think the US wants the Mexican drug gangs to disappear. All we'd have to do is legalize drugs and it would stop tomorrow. You just want to fap over dead Mexicans.
