Can you specialize your biology degree atMount Alison University, Nova Scotia?

I'm looking to take honours in biology at university and I can't fin specializations on their website. I know at UPEI I can specialize in life sciences which is appropriate for someone going into medicine, which I am, so I was just wondering if you could do something along those lines at Mount A too.
