Canadian seeking British citizenship/passport.?

Okay if your father is British then you should be eligible for Citizenship. You won't have to pay the fee as you aren't a naturalised citizen, rather one through decent. Call the Embassy and tell them your position. However if you fail to get it for whatever reason and still intend to study in the UK Student Visas are quite easy to obtain so long as you are legitimate. Best luck
