Do "The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya" have anything to do with Hatsune Miku?

I was wondering... "The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya" is very similar to "The Disapperance of Hatsune Miku" in a way, both of them is about one character disappearing...
