Is it appropriate to sleep at my co-workers dorm?

This new girl started to work with me and she lives right down the street from her job. I want to do something with her and get to know her because she lives right by the job and is staying in a dorm by herself at a dorm and she is single. If I slept over her dorm and did something with her outside of work, would this be appropriate? If I got personal with her and if I went to her dorm before I went to work the next day and cuddled in bed with her, is this appropriate?
