If you download a DLC (on PS3) does it download on all the accounts on that PS3 system?

ANY down loadable content (movies bought from the PSN, map packs, characters, etc...) is available on all the accounts on that ps3, and also, whatever account you down loaded it to, if you put that account on another ps3, you can go to your down loaded content and download it to that ps3 as well. BUT KNOW THIS... you can only have your account on 5 ps3 systems.
