Which statement is correct regarding the reaction below?

None of them are correct. The "is" in the sentences implies an equal sign in the mathematical statement. There are no equal signs. Also, I have no clue what "reaction" you're referring to. I always wonder about people who put up their homework questions and don't even realize that they don't provide nearly enough context for a good answer... are they paying attention at all?
