Valet damaged my car 2 years ago, disappeared, and then I found him at another parking lot, what to do?

So this is just my personal opinion, So first of all you should approach him again and tell him that you have evidence that he damaged ur car and if he still refuses your going to have to scare him a little bit by saying that you have a lawyer, but that wouldn't work all that great since you have only lost $300 while the lawyer fee's would be much higher, you'll have to play smart, but in reality, something that happened 2 years ago isn't something you can take care of now. My suggestion would be that you either let it go or contact your insurance company.
