Which face lotion is appropriate for women of like 35yrs?

hi....I am looking for a facial moisturiser for my mom and she is around 35 yrs.so i was wondering if anyone could help me out with some helpful suggestions.She has got normal skin .She is looking for a facial moisturiser which works well with foundation as well and got spf in it and which makes her skin smooth,flawless , beautiful & which is affordable .Furthermore,she has got few wrinkles. thanks for those who will help.. :)
