Legally married and pregnant. husband is not biological father. SOUTH CAROLINA laws HELP on birth certificate?

I have been separated for 4 years and could not locate my husband due to his disappearance with his new girlfriend. I have moved on and I am pregnant with my boyfriend's child and my divorce will not be finalized in time. South carolina has strict laws and I need to know how to get my boyfriend's name (biological father) on the birth certificate when in SC it's presumed that my husband is the biological father. SC has weird laws so please only answer if you have dealt with this personally. Please and thank you.
