Will I obtain an ASN (Associates of Science in Nursing) before attaining a BSN(Bachelor of Science in Nursing)?

So ima start school soon and i was wondering if i would get an ASN degree after 2 years while i'm studying for the BSN (4 years). If so, where can i work with an ASN? Oh, cani squeeze in Pre-Med courses in my studies without jeopardizing anything?
